Services Available -

Home Checks - Monthly Service

We will make regular visits to your home to ensure that all is well - we will confirm all doors and windows are secure, check for evidence of water leaks or other damage, run faucets, flush toilets, check lights, check the furnace and/or AC are running properly, etc. We will also put out/take in garbage and collect any mail or packages during our visits. Any abnormalities will be reported to you. Includes (4) weekly visits a month. Monthly package starts at $200.00. *Pricing based on location.

Manage Maintenance/Repairs -

We will handle any/all repairs or maintenance items needed. We can deal with the vendors, so you don't have to. We do not handle payments to vendors; all billing is handled and paid by the owner, but we will review any and all invoices. Starting rate of $50.00 per hour applies. Monthly management packages are available as well - pricing varies based on services requested - please call or email for more details.

Vendor Access and/or Key Service -

We will manage any vendors that require entry into your home. We will meet them and close up when they are finished. If you require us to remain at the house for the duration of the scheduled appointment, a hourly rate applies. Starting rate of $50 per hour for normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Pricing may vary based on location.

Local Emergency Contact - Monthly Service

We will act as your local emergency contact with your alarm system or for other emergency services so you don't have to make a special trip up. If you subscribe to monthly home checks, $50 per month service fee + $100 emergency visit with $75 per hour after one hour.

Turnover or Pre Arrival Set Up -

Cleaning services available after your stay. We can also prepare the house before your arrival. Stock your refrigerator, restock essential items, turn up the heat/AC, turn on the lights, make sure the driveway is plowed, lawn mowed, etc. Pricing varies based on services requested. Standard hourly rate of $50.00 an hour.
